Bake That Possible Marketplace

  1. Introduction

This Vendor Agreement governs the relationship between Bake That Possible and independent vendors (“Vendors”) using the platform.

Bake That Possible operates as an online marketplace connecting customers with independent bakers. Vendors are independent businesses and are not employees, agents, or partners of Bake That Possible.

  1. Vendor Responsibilities

By registering as a vendor, you confirm that:

  • You operate as an independent business
  • You comply with all applicable food safety, hygiene, and legal regulations
  • You provide accurate product descriptions, ingredient details, and allergen information
  • You are solely responsible for product quality and safety
  • You manage preparation, packaging, and delivery of all orders
  1. Product Listings

Vendors must ensure that all listings:

  • are accurate and not misleading
  • include correct pricing
  • contain complete ingredient and allergen information
  • comply with applicable laws

Bake That Possible reserves the right to remove or modify listings at its discretion.

  1. Orders and Fulfilment

Vendors are responsible for:

  • accepting and fulfilling orders
  • preparing products according to customer specifications
  • coordinating delivery or collection
  • ensuring timely and safe delivery

Bake That Possible does not handle product preparation or delivery.

  1. Commission

Bake That Possible charges a commission for use of the platform.

Current commission:
20% of the order value

Commission is deducted before vendor payouts.
Bake That Possible reserves the right to modify commission rates with notice.

  1. Payments

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.

Bake That Possible may facilitate payment collection on behalf of vendors but is not a party to the transaction between customer and vendor.

Vendors are responsible for:

  • providing accurate payment details
  • complying with applicable tax laws
  1. Food Safety and Compliance

Vendors must comply with all relevant laws relating to:

  • food preparation
  • hygiene and safety
  • ingredient disclosure and allergens

Bake That Possible does not inspect or certify vendors and makes no guarantees regarding food safety.

  1. Liability and Indemnity

Vendors accept full responsibility for their products and services.

Bake That Possible does not verify or certify vendors. Vendors are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bake That Possible from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from:

  • product quality issues
  • food safety incidents
  • delivery failures
  • legal or regulatory breaches
  1. Platform Rights

Bake That Possible reserves the right to:

  • suspend or terminate vendor accounts at its discretion
  • remove listings that violate policies
  • update platform rules and policies
  1. Independent Vendor Status

Vendors operate as independent businesses and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Bake That Possible.

  1. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Italy.

  1. Acceptance

By registering and using the platform, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Vendor Agreement.
