Bake That Possible operates as an online marketplace platform that connects customers with independent bakers.
By using this website, you agree to the following terms.
- Marketplace Role
Bake That Possible is a digital platform that facilitates connections between customers and independent vendors (bakers).
Bake That Possible does not produce, prepare, handle, store, or deliver any food products listed on the platform.
All products and services are provided directly by independent vendors.
Any contract for the purchase of goods is made directly between the customer and the vendor.
- Vendor Responsibility
Each vendor operates independently and is solely responsible for:
- Product preparation and quality
- Food safety compliance and hygiene standards
- Ingredient accuracy and allergen information
- Packaging and delivery
Bake That Possible is not responsible for any aspect of product preparation, ingredients, labeling, or delivery.
- Food Safety and Allergies
Customers are responsible for contacting vendors regarding ingredients, allergens, and dietary requirements.
Bake That Possible shall not be held liable for any allergic reactions, food safety issues, or ingredient-related concerns.
- Orders and Payments
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.
Bake That Possible may facilitate payment collection on behalf of vendors but is not a party to the transaction between customer and vendor.
- Delivery
Delivery is arranged and fulfilled directly by the vendor.
Bake That Possible does not handle or control delivery services.
- Disputes
Any disputes regarding product quality, delivery, or customization must be resolved directly between the customer and the vendor.
Bake That Possible may assist in communication but does not assume responsibility for vendor performance or outcomes.
- Limitation of Liability
Bake That Possible acts solely as a marketplace platform and shall not be liable for any damages, losses, claims, or health issues arising from products provided by independent vendors.
- Platform Commission
Bake That Possible charges a commission for providing marketplace services, including platform access, marketing, and payment facilitation.
Commission is deducted automatically before vendor payouts.
- Pet Products Disclaimer
Pet cakes are prepared by independent vendors using pet-friendly ingredients.
Bake That Possible does not prepare food products and recommends confirming suitability directly with the vendor.
- Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Italy.
- Changes to Terms
Bake That Possible reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
